Day 21
Up early to say goodbye to our amigo Frank….it’s always so
sad to see people leave but now we can look forward to next time! We go downstairs to Sonrisa where Frank
has been staying. Big hugs
and then Vince escorts Frank to the ferry just around 7am. I scramble back upstairs to enjoy my
favourite view….
It’s going to be another beautiful day….
Meanwhile Frank is walking the walk of tears….see you soon
amigo!
Vince arrives back home to bacon, french toast and scrambled
eggs….
Brekkies with a view….
Dishes done, it’s time to hit the balcony for some sizzling!
It’s a toasty day….so glad for this dipping pool….
And then hop in a taxi for our dinner at Limón….reservations
for 730. We are seated in the cozy
garden. We’ve known Sergio for
many years and so happy to be enjoying his food once again. Lobsters are in season so that’s what
we decide to have. This was our
splurge dinner. Sergio brings a
few for us to choose from….Vince gets a large one of course…I opt for a much
smaller one!
White wine arrives and then our bruschetta appetizer…very
good….
And then….Sergio arrives with 2 massive plates!
Vince’s Sergio style lobster is HUGE!!!
Dig in!
I had a ‘regular’ style lobster with garlic butter….nice and
moist….
Dinner was very good, very filling. Sergio was very attentive, topped our
wine glasses and joined us for a visit.
A very enjoyable evening.
If you’re planning a ‘splurge’ dinner with good food and a relaxing cozy
atmosphere, then go to Limón!
